Terms and Conditions for Free Estimates

1. Validity Period

The free estimate provided by Allison Construction is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issuance. After this period, the estimate will become invalid and may be subject to revision.

2. Acceptance of Estimate

To accept the estimate and proceed with the job, the customer must provide written approval within the 14-day validity period. Acceptance can be communicated via email, text or by calling.

3. Revisions and Updates

If the customer fails to approve the estimate within the 14-day period, Allison Construction reserves the right to revise or update the estimate based on current material costs, labor rates, and project scope. A new estimate will then be provided, which will also have a validity period of 14 days.

4. Scope of Work

The estimate covers only the specific services and materials detailed in the estimate document. Any additional work or changes requested by the customer will require a new estimate or an amendment to the existing one, which may also affect the overall project cost and timeline.

5. No Obligation

Receiving a free estimate does not obligate the customer to proceed with the project. Similarly, Allison Construction is not obligated to honor the estimate if the approval is received after the validity period has expired.

6. Cancellation

The customer may cancel the estimate at any time within the 30-day validity period without any penalty or obligation.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Maryland, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.

By requesting and receiving a free estimate, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
